Maintenance Supervisor

An important company, a leader in technical solutions and maintenance services, is looking for a Service Supervisor to join our team in Monterrey.

The position will be responsible for coordinating service operations, supervising technical personnel in the field, and ensuring high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities for assigned equipment.
• Monitor compliance with service programs and ensure correct execution of field activities.
• Maintain updated controls and records on maintenance, repairs, and materials used.
• Verify that work is performed in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
• Plan and supervise the efficient management of resources, materials, and execution times.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure an exceptional service experience and timely attention to their needs.
• Provide technical and operational support to the work team for incident resolution.
• Follow up on training programs and compliance with safety regulations.

Required Profile

• Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree or student (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising technical personnel, service operations, or maintenance.
• Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of computer tools and resource management.
• Customer service focus and continuous improvement.
