Job description
- Responsible for the supervision of the store's operational team, aiming to ensure excellence in service to external and internal customers, dissemination of the company's mission, vision, and values, as well as contributing to the achievement of the operational results expected by the company for its store;
- Contribute to the achievement of the store's sales goals, through constant supervision of the team, for the execution of adequate action plans;
- Contribute to the motivation of the store team by maintaining a positive work environment, according to the company's values;
- Ensure excellence in store processes, through constant training of store teams and the use of manuals provided by specific areas;
- Keep the store team informed and aligned with the store's operational goals, through daily meetings with the team;
- Contribute to the achievement of the expected operational results for the store, through the execution and control of all its operational processes, according to the guidelines established by the operations department;
- Perform store closing and/or opening by checking the planned schedule;
- Monitor indicators through contributions in the development of action plans and achievement of results;
- Execute the compensation planning of employees' hours bank through daily monitoring.
