Supervisor of Logistics - Diadema / SP

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Complete;
• Pacote Office Intermediate (Focus on Excel);
• Experience in logistics operations, focus on Last Mile (final package delivery) Distribution;
• Experience with process management, indicator analysis;
• Solid experience with people management, communication skills, conflict resolution, and difficult conversations;
• 100% on-site work at the Diadema - Avenida Luigi Papaiz, 239, Modulo 4 / Galpão F, Jd Campanário, Diadema - São Paulo and Taboão da Serra agencies;
• Availability for 6x1 shift from Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00, and Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00;
• Flexibility in scheduling to accompany shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and promote a collaborative work environment, ensuring clear communication, respect, and cooperation among the team;
• Plan and control operational activities, ensuring the fulfillment of goals, deadlines, and quality standards;
• Conduct follow-up meetings, solve process deviations, and ensure efficient execution of crossdocking routines;
• Identify needs for technical and behavioral development, promoting training and capacity-building for the team;
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations for salary movements, promotions, and admissions, aligned with individual and collective performance;
• Lead projects for continuous improvement, applying management tools and Lean methodologies, focusing on efficiency and operational results.
