Imagine embarking on challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and being responsible for:

  • Manage and Execute Maintenance: Lead the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans (daily, weekly, monthly, ensuring traceability and recording of these activities in the SAP PM system
  • Maintain Compliance with Operational Indicators and Performance: Ensure compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area, including: Critical equipment availability, MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), and effective execution of preventive maintenance, ensuring adherence to OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
  • Analyze and Manage Reliability and Continuous Improvement: Conduct analysis of repetitive failures, anomalies, and incidents to generate well-documented corrective and preventive actions, as well as implement the pillars of the Engineering Playbook (asset management, planning, execution) to increase process maturity.
  • Lead Personnel and Investment Projects (CAPEX): Supervise and ensure compliance with critical procedures and safety standards (LOTO, 5S) by technical personnel and contractors, and lead the execution of CAPEX and OPEX projects (installations, upgrades) focused on infrastructure reliability and efficiency.
  • Provide Logistic Support and Infrastructure Optimization: Participate in the purchase of spare parts and technical validation of maintenance services and contracts, as well as identify and implement opportunities for technical improvement, automation, or digitalization of infrastructure, aligned with the strategic engineering plan.


Requirements:

  • Completed professional degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience leading industrial maintenance teams, preferably in logistics centers, plants, pharmaceutical, food, or high-demand manufacturing.
  • Knowledge in control and automation, mechanics, robotics, power electronics, medium and low voltage electrical systems, industrial safety protocols, and critical work.
  • Proficiency in tools such as: SAP PM/MM (desirable), Excel / Google Sheets advanced, Maintenance management systems like TPM/WCM, Monitoring systems, SCADA, or failure analysis.
  • Experience supervising technical teams and managing specialized service providers, as well as experience with forklift fleets.
