- Develop a report on the HSE control matrix for legal aspects according to the type of works, processes and people.
- Manage health and safety systems in a large-scale construction project and assist the construction manager in implementing Health and Safety procedures performed on site.
- Ensure that work methods are executed in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conduct and ensure that appropriate training and competence checks are carried out for both local team members and subcontractors.
- Monthly HSE activity program and KPI.
- Daily/weekly/monthly service report.
- Develop the HSE plan and support its execution by incorporating the OSHA standard.
- Availability to work 100% on-site at the Industrial District of Poços de Caldas.
