**Job Title:** Supervisor de Facilities

**Location:** Pouso Alegre, MG - 100% Presencial

**Reports to:** Plant Manager

As **Supervisor de Facilities**, you will be responsible for maintenance tasks, service management, projects and heritage.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Supervise building maintenance (preventive and corrective) activities, ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance with technical standards and safety norms

+ Manage contracts and suppliers of facilities (cleaning, security, maintenance, transportation, food, etc.), ensuring contractual fulfillment and service level

+ Plan and coordinate improvement projects, renovations, and adaptations to physical spaces

+ Perform budget management for the area, controlling costs, approving budgets, and monitoring indicators

+ Manage space occupation and utilization, as well as work environment organization

+ Coordinate internal teams, promoting training, performance follow-up, and efficient use of resources

+ Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) norms, conducting inspections and preventive actions

+ Administer operational processes for facilities (fleet, energy, waste, inventory, purchases, and contracts)

+ Monitor security risks to patrimony and support the Security Committee

+ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, focusing on operational efficiency and sustainability

**Requirements:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

+ Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance or third-party contract management

+ Knowledge of safety norms, project management, and maintenance planning
