Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and train the KAS Installations team in technical aspects of preventive and corrective maintenance and machine installation, ensuring that scheduling with clients is met, offering a quality service.
- Create and track the schedule for machine installation and maintenance at client sites, guiding each Technician on their agenda and responsibilities.
- Work in partnership with the Commercial department regarding the schedule for machine installations and maintenance, following corporate recommendations and processes.
- Act in the development of new machine installation projects with clients.
- Provide technical consulting in the sizing and specification of equipment for new projects.
- Collaborate with the implementation of new quality tools for process certification.
- Count machines at client sites, preparing reports for direction to the areas involved in the processes.
- Make periodic visits to clients to monitor machine activities, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance is being carried out correctly.
- Act in accordance with the internal rules and procedures of the department and the company.
EDUCATION:
- Technical course in Industrial Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Completed higher education in Electromechanical Technology or Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Desirable specialization in Industrial Maintenance.
- Desirable intermediate English.
- Desirable intermediate Spanish.
EXPERIENCES/TRAININGS:
- Knowledge in assembly and installation of machines and equipment, involving electrical and mechanical parts.
- Knowledge in pneumatics and electrical controls.
- Basic notions of PLC programming and industrial installations.
