Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and train the KAS Installations team in technical aspects of preventive and corrective maintenance and machine installation, ensuring that scheduling with clients is met, offering a quality service.
Create and track the schedule for machine installation and maintenance at client sites, guiding each Technician on their agenda and responsibilities.
Work in partnership with the Commercial department regarding the schedule for machine installations and maintenance, following corporate recommendations and processes.
Act in the development of new machine installation projects with clients.
Provide technical consulting in the sizing and specification of equipment for new projects.
Collaborate with the implementation of new quality tools for process certification.
Count machines at client sites, preparing reports for direction to the areas involved in the processes.
Make periodic visits to clients to monitor machine activities, ensuring that preventive and corrective maintenance is being carried out correctly.
Act in accordance with the internal rules and procedures of the department and the company.

EDUCATION:

Technical course in Industrial Electronics, Automation, or Electrical Engineering.
Completed higher education in Electromechanical Technology or Automation, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Desirable specialization in Industrial Maintenance.
Desirable intermediate English.
Desirable intermediate Spanish.

EXPERIENCES/TRAININGS:

Knowledge in assembly and installation of machines and equipment, involving electrical and mechanical parts.
Knowledge in pneumatics and electrical controls.
Basic notions of PLC programming and industrial installations.
