Control Supervisor

We are looking for a Control Engineer Supervisor with experience in supervising control systems in low and medium voltage food, pharmaceutical, and personal care projects and maintenance, titled, with a minimum of 5 years of experience participating in PLC programming management. Ensure the quality of planning, construction, and scope closure of systems.
Education: Engineer in Mechatronics, Electronics and Automation, Control Systems, or related field.
Responsibilities
Administration and supervision of instrumentation, automation, or electrical projects.
Process control systems.
Supervision of project execution.
Supervision of programming in Allen Bradley PLCs and production lines.
Ability to supervise field work, fill out logs, and communicate with the client.
Development of safety circuits.
Familiar with Rockwell equipment and software.
Development of electrical diagrams on platforms such as EPLAN, Autocad Electrical, Solid Electrical, or similar.
Experience with specification of instrumentation for different process variables.
Responsible for systems with voltages below 50v, and to a lesser extent for systems up to 127v 220v. Knowledge of manufacturing or food industry.
Reading and analysis of single-line diagrams
Reading, analysis, and correction of electrical diagrams
Reading, analysis, and correction of I/O lists
Reading and analysis of basic PLC programs
Types of programs and programming standards
Control equipment and their characteristics: PLC, HMI, VFD, control cards
Knowledge in instrumentation and equipment: sensors, flow meters, level meters, temperature, etc.
Use of measurement equipment: multimeter, HART simulator, 4-20 mA, etc.
Communication protocols
Reading and analysis of elementary diagrams
Reading and analysis of wiring routes
Reading and analysis of flow charts
Yellow tagging process
Green tagging process
Knowledge of packaging processes and machines
Knowledge of making processes and instruments. Basic knowledge of vision systems. Cybersecurity elements
Network systems. Main sensors, operating principle, and their characteristics. Main actuators, operating principle, and their characteristics
Electrical risks
Connection of electrical equipment
Types of electrical connection: Alternating Current and Direct Current
Basic electrical theory
Wiring methodology. Troubleshooting techniques.
Standards and legal requirements: NOM, ISO
Use and handling of electrical measurement equipment. Skills: Order and discipline to manage projects.
