Activity Description:

• Supervise the telesales operation with a focus on digital channels;
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average ticket, service time, and sales goals;
• Conduct training and refresher courses for the team, focusing on sales argumentation and the use of digital tools;
• Develop commercial campaigns and actions in partnership with Marketing and Market Intelligence;
• Provide constant feedback and work on team climate management;
• Ensure high performance with a focus on results, customer experience, and conversion agility.

Requirements:

• Higher education in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related areas;
• Courses in sales, digital customer service, and leadership are differentiators;
• Knowledge of CRM, sales funnel, and digital customer service tools;
• Experience with indicator management and commercial goals.
