Field Supervisor (Aguascalientes)

About the job:

Responsible for leading work activities in the field, seeking to meet operational standards and ensuring the quality of collected information. Responsible for managing field resources: performance evaluation, professional development, expense control, supply management, interviews, among others.

Responsibilities:

Support and daily follow-up on operational and administrative activities of auditors.
Responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving the work plan of audits and subsequently taking necessary actions to meet the same (reassignments).
FOLLOW-UP ON INTERNAL OPERATIONAL INDICATORS AND ACTION PLANS TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES.
Conduct on-site verification/supervision of the operational panel/auditor.
Maintain compliance with field methodology and ensure the quality of collected information.
Recruitment and maintenance of households that form the operational panel.
Communicate and follow up on any problem that may impact/affect operational and administrative processes to resolve them.
Responsible for training auditors.
