Field Supervisor (Aguascalientes)

About the job:

Responsible for leading work activities in the field, seeking to meet operational standards and ensuring the quality of collected information. Responsible for managing field resources: performance evaluation, professional development, expense control, supply management, interviews, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Support and daily follow-up on operational and administrative activities of auditors.
• Responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and approving the work plan of audits and subsequently taking necessary actions to meet the same (reassignments).
• FOLLOW-UP ON INTERNAL OPERATIONAL INDICATORS AND ACTION PLANS TO ACHIEVE OBJECTIVES.
• Conduct on-site verification/supervision of the operational panel/auditor.
• Maintain compliance with field methodology and ensure the quality of collected information.
• Recruitment and maintenance of households that form the operational panel.
• Communicate and follow up on any problem that may impact/affect operational and administrative processes to resolve them.
• Responsible for training auditors.
