Operational and collaborative work environment. What you will do in this position
Perform the release of the process area to ensure the hygiene and sanitization of equipment, as well as ensure that the temperature is within permissible limits.
Review Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP): correct washing of boots, hands, short nails, short hair, absence of beard, no makeup and no body fragrances applies to all personnel working in the process area.
Verify that the necessary material is available to carry out the release of the area. Verify the conditioning of the apron and utensil washing room with chemical preparations, sanitizers, and brushes in good condition, which will be used during the washing and sanitizing of materials and equipment.
Prepare and verify the concentration of detergents and sanitizers in all process areas.
Verify the correct execution of the SSOPs (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) in the process areas, respecting their corresponding frequency.

Education: Engineering, Bachelor's degree, or related technical career.
Experience: 6 months of operational personnel management.
