Quality Supervisor - Printing

In HumanBest, we are looking for a Quality Supervisor for our printing plant. As part of our commitment to excellence, we seek a passionate professional to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The Quality Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating quality processes throughout the production chain, ensuring that each product that leaves our printing plant meets specifications and customer expectations.

In this role, you will conduct quality audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure that best practices are implemented at all levels of production. You will work closely with other departments to resolve quality issues and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Supervise and manage quality control processes in the printing plant.
• Conduct quality audits and verify that products meet required specifications.
• Identify and report non-conformities and propose corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure that established quality procedures are followed.
• Train and certify personnel in quality practices and procedures.
• Develop and maintain quality records and reports on process performance.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the work team.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in quality supervision, preferably in the printing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regulations, quality standards, and continuous improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
• Analytical skills for identifying problems and proposing effective solutions.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills to manage work teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Competence in the use of quality-related software and reporting tools.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
