What are the main responsibilities?

• Supervise and monitor the SAC customer service team;
• Ensure compliance with indicators;
• Monitor adherence to processes, scripts, and customer service policies;
• Manage schedules, work shifts, and absenteeism;
• Provide feedback, guidance, and individual follow-ups;
• Support team development in conjunction with Training and Quality;
• Support coordination in operational management;
• Ensure the quality and standardization of customer service.

What do you need to have?

• High school diploma;
• Experience in Supervision;

Work Schedule

• Shift: 6x1, alternating days off on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Hours: 1:40 PM to 10:00 PM.
