Senior Warehouse Supervisor We are looking for a professional with operational leadership and solid experience in inventory management and SAP, to lead internal and external warehouse operations in an industrial environment. Main responsibilities Operation and control of inventories in SAP Material flow management Warehouse loading and receiving administration Direct collaboration with production Internal customer service Compliance with audits, security, and industry standards for food processing Lead and coordinate the activities of a team of warehouse workers, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources and personnel. Develop and implement processes to improve inventory accuracy, reduce costs, and increase productivity. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and company policies. Provide guidance and support to junior staff members. Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions as needed. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers. Identify and address potential problems before they become major issues. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
