Warehouse Supervisor

Important automotive sector company is looking for: Warehouse Supervisor Objective of the position Supervise and ensure the correct operation of receiving and storage areas, guaranteeing inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and efficiency in warehouse processes. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of receipt, storage, and shipments. Lead and coordinate work teams (warehouse staff, data entry clerks, and area leaders). Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records. Monitor and control stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking. Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries. Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency. Analyze and resolve operational issues. Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain management. Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
