Job Description
- Will manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel to ensure high performance and compliance with company policies
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and reduce discrepancies
- Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline supply chain operations
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and productivity metrics
- Manage equipment maintenance programs and coordinate necessary repairs
- Perform regular quality control checks to maintain product integrity
- Solve any problems or conflicts that arise within the warehouse team or with external partners
