Warehouse Supervisor

Plan, direct and coordinate the activities of supply, replenishment, storage and distribution of company materials and products.

• Manages personnel and warehouse team, supervising safety and hygiene in the area. • Maintains a close relationship with manufacturing team to optimize resources without interrupting production process.

• Receives, stores, packs and distributes direct, indirect and finished goods materials, strictly adhering to specifications and procedures to ensure quality and timely supply, meeting customer requirements and production program objectives.

. Planning and manufacturing support:

• Administers personnel to stock supermarkets and production lines according to the established program by the programming team. • Manages picking and kitting warehouse processes for assembly and other productive areas. • Controls physical inventory levels within the warehouse. • Ensures compliance with cyclic counts in time and form to maintain inventory accuracy in warehouse and avoid shortages for production. • Maintains direct communication with productive areas for optimal material supply. • Aligns activities with work instructions and/or procedures based on quality system.

2. Launch management:

• Coordinates and manages engineering changes, new projects for optimal raw material requirement together with MOE, QMM and ENG. • Defines volumes of new materials within the warehouse for cubic storage. • Manages budget for company's new projects in warehousing and distribution costs.

3. Employee development:

• Establishes and proposes career development plans for direct subordinates. • Defines, evaluates and follows up on annual objectives established. • Develops team through tutoring and training with all members of the value chain team.

4. Safety, Environment and Quality Policy:

• Knows and ensures implementation of Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, following process within organization. • Promotes safety, health, quality and environmental protection in accordance with ISO 14001/ISO 45001/ISO 9001 and applicable standards.
