Pool and Beach Supervisor
Job description
As a Pool and Beach Supervisor at Belmond, you will be in charge of ensuring that our guests enjoy an unforgettable experience on our beautiful beach and pools. Your role will be to lead the pool and beach service team, ensuring a high standard of service and safety,
Main functions:
- Coordinate and supervise all activities related to the pool and beach, including customer service, cleaning, and the organization of special events.
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, providing assistance and resolving concerns efficiently.
- Supervise compliance with hygiene, safety, and health standards in the pool and beach area.
- Train and motivate the team to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum experience of 3 years, essential in the pool and beach area in luxury hotels.
- Advanced English
- Completed degree in hospitality, food and beverage or related.
- Leadership skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards.
- Passion for customer service and attention to detail.
