Identify clients with late payments on their accounts, with the intention of following up promptly, and arranging payment plans.
Confirm the address and data of each client requesting credit for any of the group's financial services, with the intention of ensuring data accuracy.
Deliver account statements, promotions, and the Coppel newspaper to clients in a timely manner, as well as provide guidance based on their expressed needs.
