Take your limits as Supervisor

As Supervisor, you will be responsible with the Shopmanager to lead the team that we have standing at Eindhoven Airport. This cozy and stable team consists of all-rounders in our multi-category store. You ensure, together with this team, that the store is in order and that all passengers are helped pleasantly. You plan, organize, motivate, and coach non-stop. No lack of communicative skills and enthusiasm at your place!

As you probably can imagine, Eindhoven Airport is an incredibly bustling place, and every day is different. Therefore, it's important that you don't have a 9 to 5 mentality and that flexibility is not foreign to you. We are open every day of the year (yes, even on Sundays and holidays!) between 05:00 and 22:00, so irregular working hours sometimes belong. Quickly switching and flexibly dealing with changing situations is something you enjoy, because no day is the same. Are you not afraid of a challenge?
