Your workdays and -times are mostly in the afternoon, evening and on weekends (usually on Saturday) and can take into account weekend evenings and free afternoons. You will also receive nice bonuses and gifts.

As Supervisor Bediening Restaurant & Bar, you will:

• Work at the heart of the hotel in F&B;
• Serve as a point of contact and take independent leadership;
• Counsel and inspire others;
• Proactively contribute to the development of the restaurant;
• Have a lively atmosphere every evening with a mix of conference groups and leisure guests;

As Supervisor Bediening Restaurant & Bar, you meet the following criteria:

• You have several years of leadership experience working in Hospitality;
• Preferrably certified SVH-leermeester. If not, there is the possibility to become one;
• You have the social hygiene diploma. If not, there is the possibility to obtain it;
• You speak fluent Dutch and English (speaking multiple languages is a plus);
• You are flexible in terms of availability, especially in the afternoon and evening;
• You recognize yourself in the core values connecting, curious, proactive and inspiring.

The salary offered for this position lies between €2800 - €3300 gross per month based on a 38-hour workweek, Horeca CAO function group 7. There are also secondary working conditions such as training, a possible 4-day workweek and weekends off.
