- You organize and monitor task distribution within the team.
- You create a positive and constructive team climate.
- You conduct coaching and evaluation conversations and determine the development needs of your team.
- You ensure clear communication channels and give Securitas values daily shape.
- You are SPOC for subsidy files and closely follow legislation and trends.
- You perform internal controls and audits and optimize procedures and workflows.
- You maintain contacts with operational colleagues to understand and realize their needs.
