Commercial Supervisor - Integrative Health Clinic - BA

WORK IN AN INTEGRATIVE HEALTH CLINIC Activities: Act in the monitoring of the reception and attendance routine, contributing to a differentiated and personalized experience for clients; Lead the client's journey, from the first contact, scheduling and attendance to post-attendance; Make and monitor contacts with leads and clients, identifying opportunities for attendance, treatments, procedures, and services; Perform pre and post-attendance follow-up, maintaining close relationships with clients and continuing opportunities; Act in sales conversion in a consultative manner, identifying client needs and presenting available procedures and services; Monitor the attendance and sales funnel, contributing to contact returns and the utilization of commercial opportunities; Act in the control of absences, cancellations, and no-shows, seeking to reduce lost opportunities and improve agenda utilization; Analyze attendance, relationship, conversion, and sales indicators, contributing to the clinic's commercial results; Supervise the flow of professionals' schedules, monitoring time occupancy and identifying possible conflicts and optimization opportunities; Guide the reception team's routine, contributing to the quality of attendance, client relationships, and conversion, in alignment with unit supervision; Ensure attendance with a professional, welcoming posture compatible with the client profile; Use management systems and/or CRM for registration and monitoring of clients, leads, contacts, opportunities, and results; Take care of the organization of rooms, reception, and clinic structure, contributing to the organization and quality of the environment; Provide support for operational and administrative controls of the unit, including organization of materials, documents, payments, and other routines necessary for the clinic's operation. Salary and Benefits: R$ 2,500.00 + Commission + Meal Voucher + Food Voucher + Transportation Voucher + Profit Sharing and Results (PLR) + WellHub Location and Schedule: Paralela, Salvador/BA. Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm, and alternating Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm
