Job responsibilities: Supervise and advise on the start-up of lines Participate in the detection of areas for improvement by generating your corresponding action plan Supervise activities and ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules Ensure that all processes are carried out in accordance with established procedures and regulations Monitor and control production costs, ensuring optimal use of resources Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals and objectives Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
