Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to manage and optimize our daily activities. The selected person will play a key role in operational performance, team coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities :

Operations

• Plan, organize, direct, and control daily warehouse activities, receipt of goods, and transportation.
• Efficiently manage storage areas and ensure compliance with order priorities.
• Maintain and improve operational processes related to handling, labeling, and packaging.
• Prepare and participate in the annual inventory with the team.
• Ensure daily coordination with team leaders through regular meetings.
• Conduct or supervise morning shift discussions (DMS).
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure follow-up.
• Occasionally perform manual tasks to support operations.
• Contribute to integrating, improving, and dynamizing ERP processes.

Ressources Humaines

• Plan labor needs and participate in recruitment, hiring, integration, and continuous training of personnel, in collaboration with HR.
• Assign tasks and ensure achievement of operational objectives.
• Ensure sufficient personnel levels and quality of work conforming to performance objectives (KPI).
• Verify and approve time sheets as well as manage absence requests.
• E nsure respect for company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage disciplinary actions, if necessary, and conduct a thorough follow-up with the HR service.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and communication-focused work environment.
• Participate in annual employee performance evaluations and develop individual objectives.
• E nsure compliance with health and safety rules at work.
• Mobilize, encourage, and support teams daily.
• Perform any other connected tasks.
