The Position of Troubleshooting Operations Supervisor M/F

A true "orchestra conductor" for the electricity network operated by Enedis, you will coordinate interventions on the electricity network, drawing on new smart-grid technologies for decision support.


In compliance with safety rules and instructions, you will carry out the following tasks:

1/ Management and steering of troubleshooting

Prepare, issue, and control access to electricity distribution networks necessary for operations on all facilities (High Voltage A, Low Voltage, and connections)
Ensure the safety of interveners and third parties during troubleshooting, works, and maintenance.
Handle telephone calls related to various incidents on the LV (Low Voltage) network.
2/ Access Management

Validate technical solutions in conjunction with technicians
Participate daily in network accessibility and customer satisfaction.
Participate in prevention visits, lead professional meetings…

The Profile Sought

You hold a Bac+2/3 (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) in a technical field.
