Logistics Operations Supervisor (M/F)

In brief

Do you have experience as a Team Leader, Logistics Manager, or Operations Manager? Picnic is looking for an Operations Supervisor for its Moissy-Cramayel (77) site. With executive status and reporting to the Site Director, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our order picking center. At least 3 days a week, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth process, while supervising a group of over 150 Shoppers (order pickers) and over 10 Captains (team leaders)! The other 2 days, you will work on continuous improvement projects to increase the efficiency of our warehouse and take our operations to the next level. The big plus? A company car for your personal and professional travel!

Your missions

Approximately 3 days/week on the ground

• Supervise and ensure the smooth running of operations: On staggered or "shift" hours (no nights), be responsible for the activity, from order dispatch to truck departure.
• Manage operational teams: Maintain a motivating and supportive work environment, ensuring team safety. Lead regular meetings during the day to monitor activity and identify/resolve unforeseen issues with the Captains.
• Monitor and "challenge" the daily budget: Ensure productivity levels, meet deadlines, and maintain the quality of deliveries to hubs.

Approximately 2 days/week in the warehouse offices

• Lead improvement projects: Analyze processes, identify optimization opportunities, and lead projects to improve operations, in collaboration with your fellow supervisors and operations managers.
• Collaborate with other teams: For example, work with customer service and the procurement team to ensure operational fluidity and efficiency.
• Manage approximately 5 Captains: In addition to the operational management of teams on the ground during shifts, you will have direct responsibility for approximately 5 Captains, with the role of listening to them, training them, and supporting them in their skill development.

About you

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (BAC+2/3) in supply chain, logistics, hotel and event management, or similar fields;
• 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in management, for example as a team leader;
• You are fluent in French;
• You are willing to work early mornings (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM), evenings (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM), and some Saturdays. You will work on-site 5 days a week, with a schedule established several weeks in advance, allowing you to best organize your personal life;
• You hold a driver's license and have your own vehicle;
• With a sharp mind, you are able to analyze and solve all types of problems and unforeseen events, always with the goal of satisfying the customer.
