Value Village is part of the Savers family of stores. We are a global for-profit retailer of used items, offering slightly used, high-quality clothing, accessories, and household items. Our "Rethink and Reuse" business model, encompassing buying, reselling, and recycling, provides communities with a smart way to shop and prevents more than 700 million pounds of used items from ending up in landfills each year. We also help over 100 non-profit organizations by purchasing donated items from them, providing them with a source of revenue that helps support their essential community programs and services.

We operate over 300 stores. Our brands are Value Village (in Canada and the US), Village des Valeurs (in Quebec), Savers (in the US), 2nd Avenue (in the US) Unique (in the US) and Savers in Australia.

Our Sales Supervisors make important decisions that have a direct impact on the success of their store every day. In addition, she continuously refines her team members and empowers them.
