You will lead and coordinate teams, organize resources, and ensure adherence to the production schedule, deadlines, volumes, costs, and quality, hygiene, and safety requirements.
Your role also includes developing teams and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of production processes.
Your Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership
• Supervise, lead, and unite production teams.
• Organize staffing: absences, holidays, replacements, and rotations.
• Develop skills and support employees in their career progression.
• Welcome and integrate new employees.
• Conduct performance reviews and set development goals.
Production Management
• Plan and coordinate the various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Organize work allocation and monitor activities.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, quantities, costs, and production standards.
• Monitor raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products.
• Track capacities, output rates, and standards and adapt them if necessary.
Quality, Safety & Continuous Improvement
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality rules.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, AFSCA, and IFS Food requirements.
• Participate in internal, client, and certification audits.
• Raise awareness among teams regarding Food Safety Culture, Food Fraud, and Food Defense.
• Monitor production indicators, analyze deviations, and identify root causes.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects for processes and workflows.
ProfileYour Profile
You are a hands-on, pragmatic, and organized manager, capable of staying calm in the face of the unexpected and mobilizing a team around common objectives.
You have:
• Experience in supervising production teams in the agri-food sector.
• A bachelor's or master's degree.
• A genuine ability to unite and enforce standards.
You are willing to work a 2-shift schedule.
