About the Position

In a context of strong growth and increasing industrial production, we are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 20 operators on one or more production lines.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for the daily performance of your area: safety, quality, deadlines, and productivity.

You will play a key role in structuring a demanding industrial environment, combining advanced technologies, high pace, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Team Management

• Supervise, lead, and develop a team of approximately 20 operators

• Ensure the team's skill development and engagement

• Organize resources according to the production plan

• Establish a demanding yet supportive work environment

Production Management

• Execute the daily and weekly production plan

• Ensure the achievement of Safety, Quality, Costs, and Deadlines (SQCD) objectives

• Monitor performance indicators (TRS, yield, scrap, etc.)

• React quickly to unforeseen events and coordinate corrective actions

Continuous Improvement

• Identify performance losses and propose improvement actions

• Participate in problem-solving (methods like QRQC, 5 Whys...)

• Contribute to process standardization

• Be an active participant in implementing a Lean culture

Safety & Quality

• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules

• Ensure the conformity of products and processes

• Promote a culture of rigor and operational excellence

Candidate Profile

• Technical education (Bac+2 to Bac+5)

• Experience in industrial production (ideally 3 to 8 years)

• Previous successful experience in team management

• Strong field presence and results-oriented

• Ability to manage a dynamic and demanding environment
