Mission Context

As part of a project in the field of solar thermal and building fluid systems, we are looking for an HVAC Site Manager / Site Supervisor to ensure the monitoring of work, the coordination of stakeholders, and compliance with technical, quality, safety, and schedule requirements throughout the project's execution.

Missions

• Ensure the supervision and monitoring of work related to solar thermal installations and building fluid systems.

• Coordinate companies and the various stakeholders present on the construction site.

• Verify the conformity of installations to technical and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and deadlines.

• Participate in site meetings and provide regular reporting on work progress.

• Identify technical or organizational discrepancies and propose appropriate corrective actions.

• Act as the interface between the different project stakeholders.

• Assist with acceptance phases and punch list resolution.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the building trades and HVAC sector.

• Significant experience in site monitoring and supervision.

• Experience in overseas territories, ideally in the Antilles.

• Training in renewable energies.

• Training in HVAC and plumbing.

• Good knowledge of electricity.

• Good command of issues related to building fluid systems and thermal installations.

• Knowledge of the local economic fabric is appreciated.

• Mobility required for interventions in Martinique 1 day/week.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Open-mindedness, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

• Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility.
