Production Workshop Supervisor (H/F)

We design and manufacture a wide range of connection products for fixings, fittings and hydraulic systems, primarily for the automotive sector. To achieve this, we rely on a team of skilled professionals who work together to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. As part of our production team, you will be responsible for supervising the workshop and ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with our quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include: • Supervising the production process and ensuring that all tasks are carried out in accordance with our quality standards; • Coordinating the work of your team members to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal productivity; • Identifying and implementing improvements to the production process to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment; • Collaborating with other departments to resolve any issues that may arise during production. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent; • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures; • Excellent communication and leadership skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software applications.
