SUPERIOR INTERNSHIP - MECHANICAL PROJECTS (32095-32157)

As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the various teams at Bosch, assisting your colleagues in achieving their goals.

The activities you will develop during the internship:

• Support all technical engineering team members, accompanying and executing the installation and removal of component parts from test banks;

• Ensure the proper functioning, cleaning, and organization of equipment and test banks;

• Acknowledge tests performed on products in vehicles or test benches according to company norms, customer specifications, and/or international testing standards;

• Analyze test results and prepare technical reports;

• Prepare and monitor the evolution of product characteristics using instruments such as:

  • DAQ (Data Acquisition Systems)

  • Turbine

  • Dynamometers

  • Loading cells

  • Torque meters

• Characterize the efficiency of tested components;

• Comply with safety procedures related to product specifications in your area of operation;

• Comply with quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health standards;

• Maintain organization and control over all documentation related to work process;

• Participate in practical routines in Crew and accompany engineers in the execution of experimental tests;

• Support integration with correlated areas (projects, quality, logistics, manufacturing) to ensure smooth operation of experimental activities.
