Production Superintendent

Under the supervision of the production manager, he/she is responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the activities of production supervisors and operational personnel in one or more manufacturing areas. Ensures compliance with production plans on time, quality and costs, optimizing available resources. Implements continuous improvement strategies, coordinates with other departments to ensure material flow and process compliance, and supervises the fulfillment of production goals and objectives. Develops and implements procedures for monitoring and controlling production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Analyzes production data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations for adjustments to production plans and schedules as needed. Collaborates with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination, resolving conflicts and issues in a timely manner. Provides guidance and training to production supervisors and operational personnel on production processes, quality control procedures and safety protocols. Conducts regular inspections of production areas to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, identifying and addressing any potential hazards or concerns.
