Superintendent: Mechanical (Services)

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Superintendent: Mechanical (Services) to perform frontline management of the mechanical services team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes planning, coordinating, and controlling the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, as well as overseeing the development and implementation of new processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies for mechanical equipment; • Coordinating and controlling installation, maintenance, and repair activities; • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards; • Providing technical guidance and support to team members; • Identifying and addressing potential hazards and risks; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of mechanical services into overall operations.
