Job description

A resource rich mining company based in the Northern Cape has an exciting opportunity for a Superintendent Earth Moving Equipment. The successful candidate will ensure the availability, reliability and optimization of earth moving, auxiliary, and drilling equipment (across sectional boundaries) through the effective management of resources, to achieve and support production targets in a safe manner. Responsibilities: Supervise and inspect subordinates daily activities, offer coaching and on the job training, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of morale and motivation among team members. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of mining operations and equipment.
