Join the RAC as a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic Flexibility deserves recognition – and we deliver. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll provide the adaptability our service relies on. Competitive salary: £48,720 basic salary, with the opportunity to earn up to £54,000 Weekly variety: You’ll work the on average 40 hours per week across the year, receiving your roster seven days in advance with your core working hours confirmed three days prior. Thrive outside of 9-5: Shifts will fall between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with some flexibility to adjust your start time. You’ll be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, but we offer flexible working arrangements to suit your needs. We’re looking for someone who can adapt to changing circumstances and prioritise tasks effectively. If you enjoy the freedom of being on the road, this role could be perfect for you. As a Superflex Patrol Roadside Mechanic, you’ll have the opportunity to work in various locations across the country, with some overnight stays required. You must be willing to travel extensively and stay away from home for up to 14 days at a time.
