Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest quality of work systems, ERP (SAP WM, EWM)
- Finding and explaining irregularities in computer system operations and processes based on available data
- Collaboration with other departments and external operators to resolve problems with computer systems - specifically SAP
- Creating reports and supporting initiatives aimed at developing computer systems and analytical tools - specifically EXCEL
- Controlling current activities to improve logistical processes.
- Leading system and performance analyses in the SAP EWM system
- Maintaining processes and reporting incidents
- Suggesting system improvements through change requests
