Summer Intern

We are looking for 4 Interns ! Duration: 2/3 months Location: Thane, Mumbai Stipend: 15,500/- Role Summary The ATM Monitoring Executive will monitor ATM machines to ensure their availability and smooth operations. The role involves tracking ATM status, identifying issues such as cash errors, network failures or hardware errors and coordinating with internal teams, banks, and vendors to resolve issues within defined SLAs. Key Responsibilities Monitor ATMs using monitoring tools and dashboards. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to ATM machines. Coordinate with internal teams, banks, and vendors to resolve issues within defined SLAs. Ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime and maintain customer satisfaction. Role Requirements Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
