SuccessFactors Security Analyst

SuccessFactors Security Analyst Position Summary: Under general supervision design, implement, and maintain effective methods to protect ADM applications. Use established procedures to assist in the deployment and maintenance of ADM Application Security used around the globe. Interface with the solution teams and business to provide recommendations of operational and technical solutions to enable the business and maintain the security posture to appropriate risk levels. Must display Enthusiasm, Motivation, and a Proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: * Implement and maintain security controls within the SuccessFactors platform. * Monitor security alerts and events within SuccessFactors. * Respond to and resolve security incidents within SuccessFactors. * Conduct security assessments and audits of SuccessFactors configurations. * Develop and maintain security documentation and procedures. * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the security of the SuccessFactors environment. * Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities. * Participate in security training and awareness programs. * Assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures. * Perform user access reviews and audits. * Manage and maintain security roles and permissions. * Configure and maintain security settings within SuccessFactors. * Troubleshoot security-related issues. * Provide security support to end-users. * Participate in projects related to SuccessFactors security. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in information security. * Experience with SuccessFactors security configuration and administration. * Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. * Knowledge of security threats and vulnerabilities. * Experience with security incident response. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. * Experience with security tools and technologies. * Experience with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR and CCPA. Preferred Skills: * SuccessFactors certification. * Experience with single sign-on (SSO) and identity management. * Experience with data loss prevention (DLP) technologies. * Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems. * Experience with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing. * Experience with cloud security.
