Success Story Communicator
Job description
A lot is happening in transformation and change in the healthcare system: We support healthcare facilities, develop educational offerings, implement innovative projects, and work together with our clients to further develop professional care.
This consistently leads to exciting projects, successful changes, and stories that make a difference. Many of these have so far only been known to those directly involved. We want to change that.
As a Success Story Communicator, you will make visible what is happening in the transformation and change in the healthcare system and what impact our work has. You will find interesting stories, talk to the people behind them, and develop content for LinkedIn, our website, and our newsletter. You will actively use modern AI tools for the preparation of text, image, audio, and video content.
Responsibilities
• You will identify success stories, exciting projects, and relevant topics in the transformation and change within the healthcare system.
• You will independently approach colleagues and project participants, conduct short interviews, and gather the information needed for a good story.
• You will develop posts for LinkedIn, success stories and project reports for our website, as well as content for our newsletter from this information.
• You will repurpose existing content from podcasts, events, and projects across channels.
• You will actively use AI-powered tools to process, further develop, and adapt image, audio, and video material into suitable formats – for example, into short clips, teasers, graphics, or social media content.
• You will proactively plan topics together with us and maintain a simple editorial plan.
• You are explicitly encouraged to take initiative: If you discover a good story, you don't have to wait for a finished assignment.
Qualifications
What you study is less important to us. What matters is that you have a passion for communication, storytelling, and independent work.
• You enjoy writing and have a good feel for language.
• You are curious, open, and enjoy engaging in conversations with people.
• You work reliably, structured, and independently.
• You enjoy developing your own ideas and don't wait for every task to be fully prepared before you receive it.
• You are interested in communication, content, social media, and storytelling.
• Interest in topics related to healthcare, nursing, education, or organizational development is a plus.
• Initial experience with LinkedIn, CMS systems, newsletters, content creation, or AI tools is welcome, but not a prerequisite.
• A degree in fields such as communication, media, business, health, or nursing sciences could be a good fit, but is not strictly required.
Benefits
• €603 compensation per month on a mini-job basis
• Alternatively, the possibility of an internship
• Flexible working hours that can be well combined with your studies
• Home office and usually one day of work per week in Cologne
• A great deal of creative freedom and the opportunity to implement your own ideas directly
• Short decision-making processes and direct exchange within the team
• Open and informal company culture
• Insights into diverse projects from nursing, education, consulting, and healthcare
• Practical work with modern AI-supported communication and content tools
• With professional suitability, the opportunity to develop a thesis together with us
• Option for a leased company bike through JobRad
We are not looking for someone who simply "manages" our social media channel.
We are looking for someone who curiously asks:
What actually happened here? What has changed? Why is this project special? And why should others know about it?
From these answers, stories emerge that show who we are and what our work can achieve.
Does that sound like you? Then we look forward to receiving your application with your CV and relevant documents. You are welcome to omit a cover letter photo.
Start date: 01.10.2026 or as soon as possible
