Subway (Store Manager)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy Subway restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organise and coordinate the daily operations of the store. • Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Maintain accurate records and reports as required. • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. • Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and employee engagement. • Lead by example and demonstrate the Subway values of respect, integrity, and excellence. Key Requirements • 2+ years of experience in retail management or a related field. • Proven track record of success in managing high-performing teams. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
