Substitute Educator on Demand, Minor Sector (M/F)

Your mission will be to accompany children and pre-teenagers with intellectual disability and associated behavioral disorders in their daily life (care, personal hygiene) and leisure activities (recreational activities, walks, excursions). We are looking for: - A social training and possibly experience working with people with intellectual disabilities and mental health issues, availability, flexibility, adaptability, patience, and empathy - A reassuring and calm attitude, punctuality - Good knowledge of common computer tools - Mastery of written and spoken French - Some flexibility in work hours (between 06h45 and 21h15) - A driving license - A clean criminal record We offer: The conditions of the collective labor agreement in the Vaudois social sector The social benefits of a large establishment: free parking, cafeteria, pool, and organic store.
