As a Subject Matter Expert - Jira, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our customers using Jira, Atlassian’s leading project management tool. This includes but is not limited to: Providing expert-level support to customers on Jira-related issues; Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials for Jira; Collaborating with the Turing team to identify and prioritize new features and enhancements for Jira; Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Jira and Atlassian’s product roadmap.
