Subject Matter Expert
The Subject Matter Expert is the ambassador of BEUMER Group and has a proactive attitude towards the customer. In this role, you are responsible for technical support of the sorting process and executing and advising on maintenance of sorting installations.
SUCCESS in this role includes effective problem-solving and quick recovery from technical issues, reporting, and ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of the logistics process.
Also, guiding technical operators/technicians is part of your task package.
You have a passion for making analyses in a technical logistical environment. You are an expert in your field when it comes to software adjustments. You are a true team player who also knows how to guide and coach the customer's technicians.
You will be part of the Residential Service department. You will join a nice, family-like environment where professionalism is just as important as a pleasant work atmosphere among colleagues.
