Job description
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for Waldos. Due to growth, Waldos, a leading national chain of self-service stores, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. Requirements
Minimum education: Completed High School.
Minimum experience: 1 year in similar positions as Assistant Manager in the retail sector.
Knowledge in personnel management, inventory control, customer service, and cash handling.
Availability for flexible hours and leadership attitude.
Main Functions
Supervise daily store operations.
Ensure compliance with sales objectives.
Control inventories, cash registers, and reconciliations.
Coordinate the work team and guarantee excellent customer service.
