We are looking for your talent as an Assistant Store Manager
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Retail experience
People management.
Sales skills and results-oriented.
Excellent presentation and customer service attitude.
Availability for shifts. Main Activities
Supervise and coordinate the daily operation of the store.
Support the management and leadership of the sales team.
Follow up on the achievement of commercial goals and indicators.
Provide personalized customer service and advice.
Perform store opening and closing.
Cash handling, reconciliation, and till counts.
Supervise inventories, merchandise reception, and stocking.
Ensure correct product display and cleanliness.
Follow up on operational incidents and team needs.
Train and motivate staff to achieve results.
Effectively resolve customer inquiries, complaints, or situations.
Support store sales strategies and promotions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. We Offer
Salary 14,000
Unlimited commissions
