WE ARE LOOKING FOR A RETAIL SUB-MANAGER
Locations to work ALTARIA AGUASCALIENTES REQUIREMENTS Minimum 2 years as Sub-Manager in the Retail sector. Experience with Friedman and Retail. Experience with KPIs OR SALES INDICATORS. CASH MANAGEMENT AND HANDLING. Conducting training sessions and follow-up. Team leadership. Experience in consumer sales. Excellent communication skills. Extroverted, Respectful, Honest. Enjoyment of sales and customer service. Education High school diploma. Ability to work in a team. Be active and dynamic. Proactive and problem-solver. WE OFFER Unlimited Commissions. Base salary plus commission structure. Uniforms. Benefits by law. Training.

Monday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM with 2 hours for meals, weekends 1 hour 30 minutes for meals, one day off during the week.
