Job description:

• Responsible for the Accommodation area.
• Organizes purchases for the area, as well as all necessary infrastructure for the personnel involved.
• Responsible for defining and controlling the budget.
• Defines the quality parameters of everything it acquires.
• DIRECTS THE COORDINATION OF PROMOTION PROGRAMS FOR ITS PRODUCTS AND EVEN SERVICES AND SOLUTIONS OF ITS ESTABLISHMENT TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
• SUPERVISES HOTEL PERFORMANCE BY DEPARTMENT, ORIENTS PREVENTIVE/CORRECTIVE ACTIONS APPLICABLE, ALONG WITH RESPONSIBLE DIRECTORS, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF ACHIEVING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
• Responsible for the hiring, induction, training and contractual issues (shifts, attendance, overtime, vacations, etc.) of its team. Along with supervising and coordinating collaborators to deliver a service according to brand standards. Additionally, maintaining a committed team with an excellent work climate.
• Puts the customer at the center of everything it does and adopts corrective measures in response to detected deficiencies.
• DRIVES SALES AND MOTIVATES ACTIONS.
• In maintenance area, having basic knowledge about equipment functioning, prevention, and maintenance.
