Position Objective: To ensure customers have an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat sales and achieves store targets, by providing the required professional advice. Activities: - Excellent communication skills. - Achievement of sales quota and daily follow-up of sales goals and key indicators. - Timely and proper completion of training. - Daily counting of assigned area for store merchandise replenishment. - Cleaning of the sales floor according to the weekly schedule. - Assistance with merchandise reception. - Store responsibility. Requirements: - 1 year of experience in an assistant management role. - Secondary education. - Full-time availability, 10:30 am to 9:00 pm. We Offer: - Guaranteed salary of 13,500 gross or a commission scheme of up to 7% of your sales. - Unlimited commissions. - Two days off during the week. - Statutory benefits from the beginning. - Continuous training and career plan. - Free uniform. - A bonus of 2,000 per month.
